Project Account Manager

As PROJECT ACCOUNT MANAGER (PAM), you’ll be visiting large construction jobsites and be a lead solution consultant for all matters specific to these projects & provide end to end business support. Ours is a model of professional, consultative selling and its a hands‑on job. It means rolling up your sleeves to demonstrate some of the most pioneering products in the industry, while selling our state‑of‑the‑art software along with all the services and aftercare that come with the Hilti name.

Far from traditional cold calling, it’s about building relationships with warm and responsive customers and helping them find the most innovative and cost‑efficient solutions for their needs. We have more than 200,000 interactions globally with our customers every day. It’s how we get to know their businesses, understand their needs and develop the precise products and services that will help them.

• Develop effective understanding of all relevant applications and suggest right solutions specific to trades
• Conduct effective product demonstrations and explain the value for money proposition
• Collaborate well with all stakeholders at jobsites and drive key initiatives
• Conduct seminars, product trainings and workshops for customers to raise awareness on new technologies and create understanding of all existing and new Hilti products
• Troubleshoot problems and challenges faced by contractors.
• Coordinate and collaborate well with internal stakeholders and get things done on time
• Identify opportunities for growth and suggest action steps to improve business performance
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships
• Ensure timely coordination with Sold-to AM to collect account receivables

• Bachelor's Degree (Civil or Mechanical Engineer degree) with 2-3 years of sales experience in construction industry.
• Excellent project management skills
• Exposure in handling constructions jobsites
• Good product demonstration skills
• Good collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Self‑motivated, willing to learn, highly energetic and a “can‑do” attitude
• Business acumen with a problem‑solving attitude
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships
• Proficiency in handling both technical & commercial tasks
• Superior verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
• Good communication and presentation skills
