Devanor is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to help us expand the market for E3.series, the industry-leading CAD solution for electrical and wire harness design.

About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you will focus on new customer acquisition and demonstrating the value of E3.series within your network.
E3.series is widely used and highly tailored for companies operating in industries such as Machine Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial Automation, Switchgear and Control Panel Building, Energy and Power Distribution, Aerospace, and Wire Harness & Cable Manufacturing

The role is ideal for someone who already operates within or has direct access to:
- Industrial and manufacturing companies
- Engineering and consultancy firms
- Electrical engineering and automation
- Machine manufacturing and automotive industries
- Companies working with wire harnesses and control cabinets
Main Responsibilities
- New Customer Acquisition: Identify and contact potential customers leveraging your existing network and new business channels.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong bonds with technical managers, engineers, and purchasing decision-makers.
- Lead Generation: Pinpoint companies and projects where E3.series creates maximum business value.
- Meetings & Demos: Drive initial dialogues and schedule product demonstrations with our technical experts.
- Customer Development & Growth: Nurture existing relationships for future upselling of additional modules and expanded licenses.
Requirements
- A strong, professional contact network within relevant sectors.
- Documented experience in outbound sales, business development, or relationship management.
- Drive and the ability to work completely independently with high autonomy and accountability.
- Strong communication skills and a trustworthy presence.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Meritorious
- Experience working with Zuken E3.series or other CAD/technical software solutions.
- A technical background in electrical engineering or a related field.
Commission & Terms
The role is structured around an attractive commission-based model that rewards long-term business:
- 10% commission (approx. 2 500 USD per completed sale depending on the package).
- 10% commission on annual maintenance fees (as long as you maintain the customer relationship and handle the renewal).
- 10% commission on additional licenses and modules sold to existing customers.
Commissions are paid out directly after payment is received from the customer. The typical sales cycle is expected to be approximately 2–4 months, depending on project size.
