We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and driving the sales strategy for our company. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, accommodation provided, and visa sponsorship available. We are looking for someone who is results-driven, proactive, and has a proven track record of successfully managing sales teams.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, provide coaching, and address any performance issues
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role in the African region
• Strong understanding of the sales process with excellent negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team towards achieving targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Willingness to work on a contract basis without prior experience in the country
• Valid work visa for Saudi Arabia or ability to obtain one through company sponsorship
