- Support the sales team with day-to-day sales operations and administrative activities
- Maintain and update customer, prospect, and opportunity information in the CRM system
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance trackers
- Track leads, opportunities, quotations, proposals, and sales pipelines
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes - Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales-related documents
- Monitor sales activities and follow up on pending actions with relevant stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, deals, and sales documentation
- Support sales forecasting and pipeline reviews
- Assist with order processing, invoicing coordination, and documentation where required
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in sales processes and suggest improvements
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales-related reports and MIS
- Support the sales team in meeting operational and business requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, Business Operations, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, or similar platforms
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage competing priorities
- Experience in the technology, cloud, SaaS, or IT services industry is an advantage
