About the role
Students come to Unipal for great offers from brands they love. Your job is to bring those brands on board in Riyadh. You will find, pitch, negotiate, and sign high-quality partners, and hit your monthly targets. You will report to the Partnership Director / Country Manager and work closely with Marketing, Accounts Management, and Product.
What you will do
Find and sign student-relevant brands across Riyadh, in line with Unipal's categories
Own the full partnership cycle: outreach, meetings, negotiation, contract signing, and handover
Represent Unipal in partner meetings and local business events
Make sure every new partner is a good long-term fit, with accurate contracts and a smooth onboarding
Hit your monthly and quarterly targets for meetings, deals closed, and category coverage
Keep your CRM pipeline clean and report your numbers clearly
Share market feedback with Marketing, Accounts Management, and Product to improve our offers
What you bring
3–5 years in partnerships, business development, sales, or a commercial role, with a record of closing deals
Strong negotiation skills: you can agree terms that work for the partner and for Unipal
Strong relationship-building skills with business owners and brand managers
Good knowledge of the Riyadh market and its brand landscape
Comfortable working with monthly targets, KPIs, and a CRM
Careful with details in contracts and partner handovers
A good understanding of what students want from brands
Nice to have
Experience in a startup or a growing company
Experience with youth or student-focused brands
Fluent Arabic and English
