Sales Representative; Women

Job Purpose: Welcome customers of the Athila store and help them choose the right products, providing an exceptional shopping experience that contributes to achieving sales targets and strengthening customer loyalty.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers, greet them, and identify their needs.

• Explain products, their features, and prices, and help customers make their selections.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Arrange products and maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.

• Monitor product availability and inform the supervisor of any shortages.

• Complete sales and payment transactions and issue invoices according to the approved procedures.

• Respond to customers’ inquiries and handle their feedback professionally.

• Contribute to displaying products and promotional offers inside the store.

• Comply with store policies, working hours, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.

• Tact, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to understand customers’ needs.

• Ability to work within a team and achieve targets.

• Commitment, organization, and attention to product display details.
