Sales Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales representatives. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$, suitable for men who have their own visa. English language skills are not required for this role.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
• Train new sales representatives on company policies and procedures.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and create strategies to reach them.
• Monitor customer preferences and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Kenyan market.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
