Team Lead - Tele Sales Health

"Tameeni" has transformed the concept of motor insurance for the Saudi market, to a different stage that keeps pace with the tech era, by delivering an exceptional and integrated digital process in issuing the car insurance policy instantly in 90 seconds time through simple steps. "Tameeni Health" is the first digital health insurance platform for medium, small, and micro businesses.

You will be responsible for overseeing the integration and verification of multiple functional systems into a cohesive test capability.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and operational support to the Tele Sales team to maximize sales performance, enhance customer experience, and contribute to the achievement of business growth objectives.

• Lead, motivate, and coach the Tele Sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Monitor daily sales activities and ensure consistent performance against KPIs.

• Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning and execution.

• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of Tele Sales agents.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Identify training needs and support continuous learning and skill development.

• Foster a high-performance and customer-focused sales culture.

• Ensure team members adhere to company values, policies, and procedures.

• Ensure high-quality customer interactions and professional service delivery.

• Support the team in handling complex customer inquiries and escalations.

• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, and productivity metrics.

• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and performance dashboards.

• Ensure all customer interactions and sales activities are properly documented in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to improve sales processes and operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, internal policies, and operational procedures.

• Monitor adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Identify and escalation operational risks and compliance concerns when required.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in Tele Sales, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field.

• Previous experience leading or supervising a sales team is preferred.

• Experience with in the insurance industry is an advantage.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

• Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Arabic required;
  English preferred.
