L3 Sales Consultant Used Cars

To promote and sell used vehicles as per the used car stock achieving or exceeding predefined targets and promoting company standards ensuring a high level of customer and staff satisfaction and retention. Developing positive and lasting relationships with customers

• Achieve or exceed planned unit and profit targets
• Keep all required records up to date sales log etc.
• Carry out professional test drives with customers
• Ensure that all sales enquiries and leads are managed effectively
• Deliver vehicles where applicable in line with company and manufacturer expectations
• Maintain the quality of used vehicle displays and standards in line with company and manufacturer standards
• Professionally appraise vehicles
• Inform superior of any untoward behaviour
• Arrive consistently on time for duty
• Ensure safe working practises are always employed
• Maintain high standards of professionalism
• Ensure high levels of administration.
• Promote the working together ethos and support other team members
• Attend Daily Sales Meetings
• Attend Training when required
• Carry out other duties as required

• High school or higher degree
• 0-1 years of experience in vehicle sales, preferably used cars, or in a similar customer-facing sales role
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and sales systems)
• Fluent English communication skills
