Lead Business Development

Lead business growth initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, expanding the customer base, and supporting revenue growth through effective business development strategies.

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present business proposals, commercial offers, and partnership agreements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead negotiations and support contract development and execution.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor sales pipelines and track business development performance metrics.
• Support the development and implementation of annual business growth plans.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
• Prepare periodic reports on market trends, opportunities, and business development activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of market analysis and business growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
