The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for:

- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities,building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and supporting the development of tailored performance-marketing proposals.

- Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, generating leads through multiple channels, following up on inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.

- The specialist will prepare presentations, participate in client meetings, track pipeline activities, and contribute to revenue forecasts and performance reports.

• Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities for client interactions, presentations, and internal collaboration.
• Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective clients.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience and long-term partnerships.
• Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management within marketing, advertising, or related sectors is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet agreed timelines and targets.
• Working proficiency in English;
  Arabic language skills are a strong advantage for local market engagement.
