Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for custom software development solutions in the Saudi market.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification and needs assessment through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government, semi-government, and large enterprise clients.
• Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and responses to tenders and RFPs.
• Coordinate with presales, technical, and delivery teams to develop suitable customer solutions.
• Maintain accurate opportunity records, forecasts, activities, and reports in the CRM system.
• Develop account plans, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve assigned revenue targets.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience selling IT solutions and services, preferably custom software development, in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience working with government, semi-government, and large enterprise clients.
• Strong business development, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Good understanding of tenders, RFPs, commercial proposals, and enterprise sales cycles.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Must be available for full-time, on-site work in Riyadh.
