Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in coffee roastery, coffee, F&B, or FMCG sales
. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in Saudi Arabia and experience in developing B2B business and key accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients and business opportunities.
- Build relationships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Promote coffee beans, roasted coffee, and related products.
- Manage key accounts and develop long-term client relationships.
- Handle sales negotiations, proposals, pricing, and closing.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in Coffee Roastery, Coffee, F&B, or FMCG.
- Strong network and established connections in the Saudi market.
- Proven B2B sales and business development experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of the Saudi coffee/F&B market.
- English required;
Arabic is an advantage. - Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
