A leading national company in the investment and real estate development sector announces an available job vacancy in the city of Riyadh.

Qualifications:
- Saudi nationality (essential requirement).
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree holder.
- Experience from 1 to 3 years in phone sales or call centers.
- Proficiency in Arabic, and preferably English.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computers, and preferably knowledge of CRM systems.
- Previous experience in the real estate sector is preferred.
- Contacting potential customers and introducing real estate projects.
- Identifying customers’ needs and scheduling visit appointments.
- Following up with customers and converting sales opportunities into sales consultants.
- Updating customer data and achieving the required targets.
