A leading industrial company specializing in poultry and animal feed is looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to join its team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, supporting the sales team, and driving business growth through effective customer and market strategies.
The role requires strong experience in sales supervision, customer relationship management, and business development within poultry, animal feed, agriculture, or FMCG industries. The candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities to achieve sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop sales plans and monitor sales performance to improve business results.
- Manage B2B customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Support market development activities and strengthen company presence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Animal Production, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, preferably within Poultry, Animal Feed, Agriculture, or FMCG industries.
- Proven experience in supervising sales teams and achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of sales planning, customer management, market development, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in managing B2B accounts and distributor/dealer relationships.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and grow customer networks.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English;
Arabic language is required. - Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Animal Production, or a related field
