Regional Sales Supervisor

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Regional Sales Supervisor in Jeddah, Western Region, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our client is a reputed organization seeking skilled, motivated professionals.

• Lead, manage, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies for the assigned region.
• Identify new market opportunities and implement business-development initiatives to increase sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key business stakeholders.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to support commercial decisions.
• Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales information using CRM software.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance analyses.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving support.

• Sales Team Leadership:
  Ability to lead and motivate sales teams toward targets.
• Sales Strategy:
  Ability to develop and execute effective regional sales plans.
• CRM Management:
  Proficiency in maintaining accurate customer and sales records using CRM software.
• Business Development:
  Strong capability in identifying opportunities and growing client relationships.
• Sales Analytics & Forecasting:
  Ability to interpret sales data and prepare reliable reports and forecasts.

• Competitor and market-trend analysis.
• Sales-team coaching and mentoring.
• Strong commercial decision-making and problem-solving.
