Executive Chef

As part of La Lorraine Bakery Group's growth journey in Saudi Arabia, you will play a key role in strengthening our culinary and technical expertise in the market.

As Executive Chef, you will act as a bridge between our customers, Sales, Marketing and NPD teams, bringing our bakery solutions to life through inspiring applications, customer demonstrations and hands-on technical support.

You will closely follow local market needs and global bakery trends, translate them into relevant concepts for the Saudi market, and contribute to the growth of our Food service and Retail business.

• Lead product demonstrations, tastings and application sessions for customers across different sales channels in KSA.
• Support the Sales team during customer visits by providing strong culinary and technical expertise and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
• Develop innovative bakery concepts, recipes and applications using La Lorraine Bakery Group's product portfolio.
• Provide technical guidance to customers on product handling, preparation, baking, presentation and serving standards to ensure the best possible product experience.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, NPD and other relevant teams to support new product introductions, customer development projects and commercial initiatives.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into practical product and application solutions.
• Follow local and global trends across bakery, bread, viennoiserie, pastry and food service, and turn relevant trends into inspiring concepts for the KSA market.
• Support customer menu development and product positioning by proposing suitable applications and serving concepts.
• Deliver bakery and product trainings for customers, distributors, sales teams and other relevant stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a recipe and application database that can be used across customer demonstrations, trainings and commercial activities.
• Support exhibitions, customer events, workshops, product launches, marketing activations and other brand-building activities.
• Gather customer and market feedback and share insights with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to contribute to portfolio and business development.
• Build strong relationships with chefs, key customers and relevant industry stakeholders and act as an ambassador for La Lorraine Bakery Group in the Saudi market.

• Minimum 7+ years of professional culinary experience, preferably within bakery, pastry, viennoiserie, food service or a related field.
• Strong hands-on expertise in bakery and pastry applications, with the ability to demonstrate products professionally and creatively.
• Previous experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, Bakery/Pastry Chef, Technical Chef or similar customer-facing culinary role is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of the Saudi food service, bakery, hospitality and/or QSR market would be a strong advantage.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and translate culinary expertise into business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and training skills.
• Confidence in interacting with customers, chefs, distributors, commercial teams and senior stakeholders.
• Creative and trend-oriented mindset with a passion for bakery innovation and new concepts.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer projects and priorities.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with Sales, Marketing, NPD and other cross-functional teams.
• Professional-level communication skills in English and Arabic are essential.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across Saudi Arabia.
