Business Head; Distribution & Retail of Niche Fragrances

• Develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.
• Identify and develop new initiatives to grow the products and consumers by building strategic plan and go to market development plans.
• Restructure of the department by insuring the smooth operation of sales, finance, and supply chain.
• Define new growth strategies, including business development or activities to elaborate an organic expansion.
• Develop business interests and new relationships in the retail and wholesale market.
• Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating revenues for the company.
• Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
• Promote the company.
• Represent the company in negotiations with clients, customers, key distributors and maintain long term relationships.

• 10 to 15 years + of luxury Fragrance distribution business management experience in GCCI and international market is mandatory

Personal Grooming at high standard.

Educational Qualifications :
Business Degree advantageous.

Years of Experience Min : 15yrs in the same level
