Manpower Sales Executive; Odoo

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Manpower Sales Executive with a strong background in Odoo ERP software The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in manpower sales and a deep understanding of how Odoo can enhance sales processes This position is responsible for driving sales in the manpower sector managing client relationships and leveraging Odoo to streamline operations and reporting

• Sales Leadership Lead and manage sales efforts within the manpower industry focusing on acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships
• Client Management Use Odoo CRM and sales modules to track client interactions manage sales pipelines and monitor performance metrics
• Solution Selling Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions that ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaboration Work closely with internal teams to understand client requirements and ensure the best service delivery
• Contract Negotiation Negotiate contracts close deals and facilitate the seamless onboarding of new clients
• Market Analysis Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and industry developments to position the company effectively in the manpower sector
• Sales Reporting Generate and analyze sales reports in Odoo to assess performance and forecast future sales
• Sales Strategy Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and market share within the manpower industry
• Team Support Provide training and guidance to junior sales staff on utilizing Odoo for sales tracking and management
• Industry Knowledge Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the manpower industry its challenges and opportunities

• Education Bachelor s degree in Business Sales or a related field
• Experience More than 5 years of experience in manpower sales ideally with experience in using Odoo ERP for sales management
• Skills Strong understanding of Odoo CRM and sales modules including lead management client relationship tracking and sales forecasting Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Highly organized with exceptional time-management skills Self-motivated results-driven and capable of working independently

• Industry Experience Experience in the manpower or staffing industry is a plus
• Odoo Expertise Knowledge of Odoo s other modules such as HR payroll and invoicing is an advantage
• Sales Tools Proficiency Proficiency in additional sales tools or CRM platforms is a plus
