Senior Associate, Business Development

Ultimate Peaks is an executive search business focused on the Saudi market and the companies shaping it. Working within the Information Technology and Services space, the team partners with clients on growth-focused hiring and market expansion, helping businesses build the leadership and commercial capability they need to succeed.

As Head of Business Development, you will play a central role in strengthening the company's commercial presence and deepening its reach across the Saudi market. This role is suited to someone who can combine market insight, relationship-building, and commercial judgment to open doors, create opportunities, and support long-term business growth.

• Develop and execute growth strategies across the Saudi market
• Build and manage relationships with key clients and strategic partners
• Identify new business opportunities and lead commercial negotiations
• Collaborate with leadership to expand market presence and revenue
• Track pipeline performance and drive business development targets

• 2-5 years of business development experience
• Proven experience closing strategic partnerships and commercial deals, including negotiating commercial terms with clients or strategic partners
• Experience building market-entry or growth strategies within the Saudi market
• Hands-on experience with Hub Spot
• Strong network across Saudi companies and key decision-makers, with experience managing relationships with clients and other key stakeholders
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
