We are seeking an experienced KSA General Manager to lead and represent a leading technology and SaaS company in Saudi Arabia, driving commercial performance, business growth, customer outcomes, and market development.
Job Role:The General Manager will lead the Saudi business, driving revenue and SaaS growth, market share, Pay attach, product penetration, and customer retention
, while building strategic relationships and representing the company in the Saudi market.
- Lead the KSA business and execute the Saudi business plan.
- Drive revenue, SaaS growth, market share, Pay attach, and product penetration
. - Improve customer retention, manage churn, and increase customer value.
- Lead business development, market expansion, and strategic commercial initiatives.
- Build relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Represent the company at senior meetings, industry events, and key engagements.
- Lead and develop the Saudi team and ensure effective business execution.
- Monitor performance and provide business updates and recommendations to senior management.
- 10+ years of experience in General Management, Commercial, Sales, or Business Development
. - Strong track record in business growth, revenue generation, and commercial performance
. - Strong experience in SaaS / Technology and commercial operations.
- Experience in customer growth, retention, churn, product adoption, or cross-selling is preferred.
- Strong Saudi market knowledge and strategic stakeholder relationships.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English
. - Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience in F&B, Hospitality, Technology/SaaS is preferred; consulting is an advantage.
