A reputed organization in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to lead its sales team, drive performance, achieve sales targets, and strengthen customer relationships.

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
• Develop and monitor daily and monthly sales plans.
• Track KPIs, evaluate team performance, and provide ongoing guidance.
• Train and develop team members to improve productivity and results.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, sales opportunities, and conversions.
• Prepare periodic sales performance reports and identify challenges.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve sales outcomes and customer experience.
• Recommend sales strategies and methods suited to the local market.

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing or leading a sales team

• Previous experience in the Saudi market and understanding of local customer needs.
• Good English communication skills.
• Currently residing in Riyadh.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and target-achievement skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
