Business Development Manager

We are seeking the Business Development Manager to drive market expansion in Saudi Arabia. The role requires proactive business development with government entities, design firms, contractors, and end-users, positioning our brand and products across the country.

• 1.Develop and execute business development strategies targeting key government institutions and private sector clients;
• 2.Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, fit-out companies, and end-users to drive brand specification at the project design stage;
• 3.Identify and pursue business opportunities from government and design channels, converting leads into sales;
• 4.Travel across Saudi Arabia as needed to meet clients at project sites and build local networks;
• 5.Coordinate client meetings and presentations for the reporting manager to ensure high-level engagement runs smoothly;
• 6.Represent the company professionally and uphold brand reputation.

• 1.Based in Riyadh, KSA, with ability to travel domestically as required;
• 2.Bachelor's degree or above;
• 3.Fluent in both English and Arabic;
• 5.3–5 years of experience in business development, government project sales, or client-facing roles;
• 6.Background in office furniture, fit-out, construction, architecture, design, or related material industries (e.g., wallpaper, carpet, stone) is preferred; cross-industry candidates must demonstrate strong sales capabilities and existing client networks;
• 7.Professional appearance with strong communication and presentation skills;
  
  Willing and able to engage in frequent client visits and front-line business development activities;
