Account Senior Specialist - Brands

We are looking for an Account Senior Specialist / Lead to manage and grow relationships with Tier-A fashion brand sellers. The role will focus on supporting sellers throughout onboarding and ongoing account management, ensuring a smooth experience and building strong, long-term partnerships.

• Manage and develop relationships with Tier-A fashion sellers.
• Lead sellers through onboarding and support their successful integration into the marketplace.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and manage seller needs and expectations.
• Work closely with the Planning team and relevant internal stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve seller challenges while maintaining strong commercial relationships.
• Support seller performance and long-term growth on the platform.

• 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Background in fashion and marketplace/e-commerce.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Confident in managing demanding stakeholders and commercial relationships.
• Ambitious, proactive, and relationship-oriented.
• Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon or Namshi, or e-commerce experience within fashion brands such as H&M, Mango, or Zara, is highly relevant.
