Senior Account Manager – Government & Enterprise

Specialized Enterprise Systems (SES), a Riyadh-based ICT systems integrator, is looking for a Senior Account Manager to grow our business with government and large enterprise clients. This is a hunter role for a Saudi sales professional with a proven track record and strong client relationships in the Saudi market.

• Own an annual revenue target of 30M SAR+ across government, semi-government and enterprise accounts.
• Open new accounts and untapped opportunities, and grow existing ones.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and tender response to contract closing and collection.
• Sell SES ICT solutions including network infrastructure, GPON, wireless, security and systems integration projects.
• Work with presales and delivery teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Build long-term relationships with decision makers and procurement stakeholders.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast, and report progress regularly.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• 8+ years of B2B sales in ICT, telecom or systems integration in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven record of closing 30M SAR+ in sales per year.
• Strong existing network with government, semi-government or large enterprise clients.
• Experience with government tenders (Etimad) is a strong plus.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
