Account Senior Specialist - Brands

We are looking for an Account Senior Specialist Lead to manage and grow relationships with Tier-A fashion brand sellers The role will focus on supporting sellers throughout onboarding and ongoing account management ensuring a smooth experience and building strong long-term partnerships

• Manage and develop relationships with Tier-A fashion sellers
• Lead sellers through onboarding and support their successful integration into the marketplace
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and manage seller needs and expectations
• Work closely with the Planning team and relevant internal stakeholders
• Identify and resolve seller challenges while maintaining strong commercial relationships
• Support seller performance and long-term growth on the platform

• 3 6 years of relevant experience
• Background in fashion and marketplace/e-commerce
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Confident in managing demanding stakeholders and commercial relationships
• Ambitious, proactive, and relationship-oriented
• Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon or Namshi, or e-commerce experience within fashion brands such as H&M, Mango, or Zara, is highly relevant
