Pinnacle Infotech is a global leader in Building Information Modeling (BIM), digital engineering, and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) services. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Saudi to support our marketing and business development initiatives in Saudi Arabia.

The Marketing & Business Development Executive will be responsible for promoting Pinnacle Infotech and its services, identifying potential business opportunities, visiting major project sites and corporate offices, and developing a database of key industry contacts. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to engage professionally with procurement and engineering personnel.

• Promote Pinnacle Infotech, its services, and capabilities through online platforms and other relevant channels.
• Visit major construction project sites, engineering offices, and corporate establishments regularly to identify potential business opportunities.
• Identify and collect contact details of key decision makers, particularly procurement professionals, engineering managers, project managers, and other relevant personnel.
• Research construction, infrastructure, engineering, and real estate projects to identify prospective clients and business leads.
• Develop, update, and maintain a database of potential clients, project contacts, and business opportunities.
• Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients through email, phone calls, professional networking platforms, and site visits.
• Support the business development team in generating leads and expanding the company's market presence across Saudi Arabia.
• Monitor relevant industry developments, upcoming projects, and potential opportunities for the company's BIM and digital engineering services.
• Prepare regular reports on site visits, contacts collected, leads generated, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with internal marketing and business development teams to ensure timely follow-up on potential leads.

• Must be a Saudi.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, business development, sales, field marketing, or a related role.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Arabic; proficiency in English will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel regularly and visit project sites, construction offices, and corporate establishments.
• Good networking, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of online marketing, social media platforms, and lead generation techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for maintaining contact databases and preparing reports.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently to achieve assigned objectives.
• Prior exposure to the construction, engineering, infrastructure, or real estate sector will be an advantage.
