- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote the company's training programs and services.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels and convert prospects into enrolled students.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their training needs and addressing their queries.
- Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, fees, and benefits, tailoring the sales approach to individual client requirements.
- Manage clients throughout the sales process and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Identify potential business opportunities based on client feedback and market requirements.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar sales role.
- Candidates must be currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in the training/education industry are highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong customer service and lead-conversion skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
