Sales Manager

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Sales Manager to join a growing team in Riyadh. The company is seeking a motivated sales professional with a strong background in ERP, IT solutions, or software sales who can drive business growth and expand its presence in the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, building long-term relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

This role is best suited for a results-driven professional with excellent negotiation and business development skills.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Saudi market.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to successful deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored ERP and IT solutions to clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business growth.

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in ERP, IT solutions, or software sales.
• Strong understanding of the Riyadh and wider Saudi Arabian market.
• Proven success in B2B sales, business development, and closing high-value deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Must be based in Riyadh and eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and strong leadership abilities.
