Sales Agent, Real Estate Sales

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Agent with experience in real estate sales and banking or financial services. The ideal candidate will be skilled in generating leads, advising clients on property opportunities, explaining relevant financing options, managing customer relationships, and closing sales while consistently achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell real estate properties, including residential and/or commercial units, in line with customer needs and company objectives.
• Understand customers’ property requirements, budgets, and investment goals, and recommend suitable properties and available financing solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads through prospecting, referrals, networking, digital channels, property portals, and client databases.
• Achieve monthly property sales, revenue, conversion, and customer-acquisition targets, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, investors, property owners, developers, and banking contacts to support repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct property consultations and viewings; explain property features, pricing, payment plans, transaction steps, and relevant mortgage or financing options.
• Ensure sales activities, customer communications, documentation, and transactions comply with applicable real estate requirements, company policies, and relevant banking and financing procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, property viewings, offers, negotiations, sales progress, and required customer documentation.
• Follow up promptly with prospective buyers and existing clients, address questions, coordinate next steps, and provide professional service throughout the sales process.
• Support property launches, open houses, marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and joint sales initiatives with developers or financial institutions, as applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales, property brokerage, banking, or financial services; candidates with combined real estate and banking sales experience are strongly preferred.
• Good command of English (spoken and written);
  Arabic proficiency is an advantage where relevant to the customer base.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Customer-focused, with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work with buyers, investors, developers, and financial-services teams.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage multiple prospects, and close transactions within agreed timelines.
• Working knowledge of real estate sales processes, property documentation, payment plans, and mortgage or home-financing products is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems, property portals, and sales-pipeline tools is an advantage.
