Odoo Sales Manager

The Odoo Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The person in this role will lead the end-to-end sales cycle for Odoo-based ERP solutions, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and preparing proposals and quotations. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, understanding business processes, and collaborating with technical and implementation teams to design appropriate Odoo solutions.

Strong background in ERP or Odoo solution sales, with the ability to understand client business processes and translate them into value-driven proposals. Proven skills in prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing deals. Experience collaborating with technical and implementation teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
