Key Account Sales Representative - FMCG; Food Distribution

Dabouq Group is looking for a Key Account Sales Representative to join its food distribution team in Riyadh. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts (supermarkets, hypermarkets and major retail chains), grow sales across them, and ensure the strongest possible availability and visibility of our products.

• Manage the key accounts portfolio, grow sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Conduct regular field visits according to the route plan, and follow up on orders and product availability.
• Negotiate shelf space and in-store promotional activities and follow up on their execution.
• Apply merchandising standards and ensure optimal product presence on shelves.
• Follow up on customer collections and ensure compliance with the company's credit policies.
• Monitor customer balances, reconcile accounts and coordinate with the collections and finance teams.
• Build strong relationships with purchasing managers and branch managers at key accounts.
• Track market and competitor activity and submit periodic reports through the sales systems.

• At least 2 years of experience in field sales.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with key customers.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel daily in the field.
• Residence in Riyadh.
• Strong communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with smart devices, sales systems and field sales apps.
• Fluency in Arabic.

• Direct experience handling key accounts in FMCG or food distribution.
• Basic knowledge of English.
