Sales Representative - FMCG; Food Distribution

Dabouq Group is looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Representative to join its field team in the food distribution sector in Riyadh. You will be responsible for covering your assigned territory, growing sales, and building strong customer relationships to achieve sales and distribution targets.

• Visit customers and retail outlets in the assigned territory daily according to the coverage plan.
• Achieve sales and distribution targets (volumes, revenue, number of active customers).
• Present products, persuade customers, and expand the distribution base.
• Monitor on-shelf availability and implement merchandising standards.
• Collect receivables and follow up on customer accounts.
• Build long-term customer relationships and resolve their feedback in coordination with Operations and Logistics.
• Prepare daily sales reports and track market and competitor activity.

• Previous field sales experience.
• Valid light transport driving license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Residence in Riyadh.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build customer relationships.
• Commitment, discipline, and the ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Proficiency with smart devices and basic sales applications.
• Fluent Arabic.

• Experience in the FMCG or food distribution sector.
• Basic knowledge of English.
