Sales Manager - FMCG; Food Distribution

Dabouq Group is looking for a Sales Manager with leadership experience in FMCG to lead the sales team in its food distribution business in the Qassim region. You will set sales plans, deliver revenue, distribution and collection targets, lead supervisors and sales representatives, and grow relationships with key accounts.

• Set monthly and annual sales plans and allocate targets across the team, territories and customers.
• Lead sales supervisors and representatives, and monitor, develop and evaluate their performance.
• Deliver sales, distribution and revenue targets and grow the number of active customers.
• Manage relationships with key accounts and retail chains, and negotiate trade agreements and promotional activities.
• Follow up on collections and receivables ageing and ensure compliance with the company's credit policies.
• Analyze sales and KPIs and submit periodic reports to management.
• Track market and competitor activity and propose growth and expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with finance, operations, logistics and procurement to ensure product availability and smooth supply.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Experience in sales management and leading field teams in FMCG or food distribution.
• Proven track record of achieving sales, distribution and collection targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with sales systems, performance reporting and Excel.
• Valid driving license.
• Residence in the Qassim region.

• Knowledge of the Saudi retail and hypermarket market.
• Experience with field sales applications.
