Sales Development Representative (SDR), Fresh Graduates
Location:
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Hybrid Full-time.
Many of our consultants joined The Cloudors straight out of university. Now we're doing the same for sales.
What you'll do:- Build target account lists in real estate, construction, and contracting across KSA
- Run outbound by phone, email, and Linked In, in Arabic and English
- Qualify interest and book discovery meetings with finance, HR, and IT decision-makers
- Represent The Cloudors at Oracle events and industry exhibitions
- Keep every activity and lead clean in the CRM
- Share what you hear from the market: objections, competitors, timing
- Saudi national (mandatory, Saudization role)
- Recent graduate (2024–2026), any degree. Business, IS, finance, or engineering is a plus
- Fluent Arabic and confident professional English Comfortable calling a CFO you've never met
- Organized, consistent, coachable, and resilient
- Exposure to ERP, Oracle, SAP, or real estate/construction is a plus
- Competitive base salary + commission

- Hands‑on training in Oracle Cloud and enterprise sales
- A clear path to Account Executive
