Area Manager, Operations Management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in FMCG Van Sales within Traditional Trade
- Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer needs
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Lead and supervise the Van Sales team to achieve assigned sales, volume, and distribution targets
- Plan and manage daily routes and customer coverage to maximize productivity
- Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions when needed
- Ensure effective execution of route plans, productive visits, promotions, and trade activities
- Coach, motivate, and develop Van Sales Representatives through regular field visits
- Monitor sales productivity, strike rate, average invoice value, and SKU penetration
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and execution excellence in the market
- Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives
- Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports
