19 October 2026 All open roles## About the roleFRESME is looking for an Arabic-speaking ERP Sales Executive in Saudi Arabia to sell Tadbir ERP, our own ERP system, to Saudi companies. You will meet business owners, finance managers and operations heads, understand how they run their company, and show them how Tadbir ERP fits: accounts, ZATCA e-invoicing, inventory, sales, HR and payroll.

You work from our Riyadh or Jeddah office and meet clients across the Kingdom, with our implementation team behind you for demos and proposals.## What you’ll do1. 01

Find and qualify new Saudi business clients for Tadbir ERP through calls, visits, Linked In, referrals and events
2. 02

Run discovery meetings in Arabic and English with owners, CFOs and operations managers
3. 03

Present and demo Tadbir ERP with our implementation team, and prepare proposals and quotations
4. 04

Follow up every lead in our CRM until the deal is closed or lost, and keep the pipeline up to date
5. 05

Work with the implementation team so that what is sold matches what the client needs

Meet monthly targets for meetings, demos and new clients## What we’re looking for
* Native or fluent Arabic and good professional English
* 2+ years of B2B sales in Saudi Arabia, ideally ERP, accounting software or other business software
* Understanding of how Saudi companies work: accounts, VAT and ZATCA e-invoicing, inventory, payroll
* Confident presenting to business owners and senior managers, in person and online
* Based in Riyadh or Jeddah, able to visit clients, valid Saudi driving licence
* Saudi national, or a valid Iqama that can be transferred## Nice to have
* Existing network among Saudi SMEs, contractors, traders or factories
* Experience selling SAP Business One, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics or Saudi accounting software
