Senior Sales Account Manager; Cybersecurity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting C-level executives, including CIOs and CISOs.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to proposals, PoCs, tenders, and closing.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across SOC/MSS, consulting, professional services, and training.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare account plans, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
• Translate customers' business needs, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity challenges into suitable solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of successful sales experience in Riyadh/KSA within IT networking or cybersecurity solutions.
• Proven experience in presentations, demonstrations, proposal preparation, and RFP/tender responses.
• Strong stakeholder management and CXO-level negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity vendors such as Splunk, Fortinet, F5, and Palo Alto.
• Knowledge of ISMS, BCMS, NCA/SAMA regulations, and frameworks such as Zero Trust, SASE, UEBA, XDR, SIEM, and SOAR.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and solution-selling skills; fluency in English is required, and Arabic is preferred.
