The Sales Operations Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role in Riyadh. Acting as the link between sales, manufacturing, and site execution, the specialist keeps the sales pipeline accurate, moving, and well documented.
Your MandateManage lead intake, quotations, and BOQ coordination, with timely follow-up on proposals and contracts. Ensure seamless handover between sales, manufacturing workshops, and site execution for smooth order processing. Maintain data hygiene and pipeline tracking in Odoo (CRM & ERP); track KPIs and prepare sales reports. Follow up on milestone invoices and delivery notes, and keep contract archives in order. Resolve operational issues that affect customer satisfaction and support improvements to sales workflows.
WhatWe Look For
2 to 5 years in sales back-office or commercial operations (experience in manufacturing, construction, or signage strongly valued). Hands-on proficiency in Odoo (or a similar ERP) and advanced Excel. Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken. High rigor, a structured mindset, and strong communication and coordination skills.
