The Telesales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on generating sales through outbound calls, maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, recommending suitable Würth products, preparing quotations, processing orders, and following up on sales opportunities to achieve targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

• Strong telephone communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Ability to identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and close sales.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
