Key AccountabilitiesSuperviseandsupportindoorandoutdoorsalesrepresentativestoachieveindividualandteamsalestargets.
Manageexistingcustomerrelationshipsanddevelopnewbusinessopportunitiesacross Saudi Arabia .
Promotethecompany'sindustrialproductsandexpandthecustomerbase.
Executesalesplansalignedwithbusinessobjectivesandrevenuetargets.
Conductcustomervisits,preparequotationsandtenders,andnegotiatecommercialterms.
Coordinatewithprocurement,warehouse,andfinanceteamstoensuresmoothorderfulfillment.
Monitorcustomercreditlimits,followuponoutstandingpayments,andsupportcollectionactivities.
Track sales performance, follow up on team progress, and support team members in closing deals.
- 5–7 years of B2B sales experience within the industrial equipment, machinery, or technical products sector.
- Strong technical understanding of industrial products such as machinery, generators, pumps, compressors, hydraulic equipment, electrical products, welding equipment, construction machinery, or power tools.
- Experience with quotations, tenders, pricing, customer credit management, collections, and inventory coordination.
- Hands-on experience using CRM and ERP systems;
Odoo is highly preferred. - Native Arabic speaker with professional English communication skills.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia.
- Previous GCC experience is preferred but not mandatory.
