Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist with more than 7 years of proven experience in identifying business opportunities building client relationships and driving revenue growth The ideal candidate should have excellent communication negotiation and strategic planning skills with a ability to develop new markets and manage key accounts
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Generate leads and convert them into successful business deals
- Develop sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare business proposals, presentations and contracts
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, sales or a related field
- Strong network and market knowledge in Add Industry Region
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Experience in the Gulf Middle East market will be an advantage
