Security Systems Engineer

• Develop and implement security and protection plans in accordance with HCIS guidelines.
• Conduct security risk assessments for sites and facilities.
• Coordinate with government and security authorities to obtain necessary approvals.
• Monitor and oversee CCTV systems, access control, perimeter protection, and early warning systems.
• Support the design and review of physical security systems for new and existing facilities.
• Ensure compliance with all HCIS and internal security standards.
• Participate in preparing Security Protection Files, including:
  • Threat Assessment
  • Risk Assessment
  • Security Plan
  • Security Matrix

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in industrial security, corporate security, or working in facilities subject to HCIS regulations.
• Experience in security planning, risk assessment, and system coordination within industrial or critical infrastructure environments is preferred.
• Preferred Certifications and Training:
  • Security Risk Assessment
  • Surveillance and Control Systems
  • Industrial Security
  • Security Awareness and Crisis Management
• Professional certifications (preferred):
  • CPP – Certified Protection Professional
  • PSP – Physical Security Professional
  • Certifications from recognized institutions such as ASIS or SIRA
