Position: Team Leader - Park Security (Female Saudi National Only)

Job Summary

At Six Flags Qiddiya City, the Team Leader – Park Security plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees and park assets. The role involves supervising a team of security officers, coordinating daily security operations and maintaining a secure environment in line with organisational policies and safety standards. The Team Leader is the first point of contact for security issues and provides guidance to the team, addressing incidents promptly so that all visitors can enjoy a safe experience.

Job‑Specific Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of security officers to ensure proper deployment and efficient coverage of park security needs
  • Provide clear instructions and guidance during routine operations and emergencies
  • Conduct daily briefings to communicate policies, updates and operational plans to the team
  • Monitor security activities ensuring compliance with safety protocols
  • Conduct regular patrols of park premises to identify safety risks or breaches
  • Respond promptly to incidents, investigate and document findings
  • Assist in access control management, ensuring only authorised personnel and guests enter restricted areas
  • Maintain a safe environment for guests and employees by addressing concerns and enforcing safety regulations
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints regarding security matters professionally
  • Collaborate with other departments to address security needs during events, peak times and special activities
  • Assist in training new officers on park policies, emergency procedures and guest service expectations
  • Provide coaching and support to team members to enhance performance and skills
  • Record and report all security incidents (theft, vandalism, accidents, breaches) to the Supervisor – Park Security
  • Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security activities
  • Coordinate emergency responses, including evacuations and first aid
  • Ensure all operations comply with local regulations, organisational policies and industry best practices
  • Inspect security equipment (surveillance cameras, alarms) to verify proper function
  • Act as liaison between the team and park management, providing updates on operations and concerns
  • Coordinate with external security agencies and emergency services when required
  • Provide support to other teams with security‑related needs for seamless collaboration
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or relevant security operations certifications required
  • Experience: 0–1 year in a supervisory role, in security or a related field
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team motivation abilities
    • Knowledge of security procedures and protocols
    • Attention to detail and incident response
    • Effective communication with team, guests and stakeholders
    • Problem‑solving and incident management
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
    • Ability to remain calm under pressure
    • Physical fitness for patrols and incident response
  • Languages: Advanced English proficiency
