Position:
Stadiums Security Senior Manager
Location: Jeddah / Riyadh
Contract Duration: Immediate - 1st March 2027
Role OverviewThe Stadiums Security Senior Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of all stadium-related security operations for a major international football event in Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment across all official match venues in compliance with national security frameworks, event regulations, and international best practices for large-scale sporting events.
Responsible for leading and overseeing the security planning and operational readiness of 4 football stadiums for a major international football event in Saudi Arabia.
- Lead end-to-end security planning, coordination, and operational readiness across four assigned stadiums
- Ensure alignment and integration of all venue security operations across planning, pre-event, and event-time phases
- Oversee the development and implementation of consistent security standards, procedures, and operational frameworks across all venues
- Act as the central coordination point for stadium security activities across multiple sites
- Ensure all stadium security operations are delivered in line with regulatory requirements, event standards, and operational best practices
- Work closely with internal functional areas including operations, venue management, accreditation, transport, and logistics
- Coordinate with external stakeholders including government authorities, law enforcement agencies, and contracted security providers
- Ensure all technical and physical security requirements are effectively planned, implemented, and maintained across venues
- Support the development, refinement, and implementation of security policies, SOPs, operational concepts, and contingency plans
- Ensure consistency of security procedures and operational readiness across all assigned stadiums
- Monitor readiness levels across venues and ensure gaps are identified and addressed proactively
- Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to venue security teams across all four stadiums
- Mentor and develop security personnel to ensure high performance and operational discipline
- Manage multiple teams and venues simultaneously in a high-pressure, live event environment
- Drive operational readiness through planning workshops, simulations, test events, and coordination exercises
- Ensure effective communication and reporting structures are maintained across all security teams and stakeholders
- Maintain strong oversight of risk management, incident preparedness, and operational escalation processes across venues
- Proven experience in security planning and operations across multiple venues
- Background in major sporting events (football preferred) or large-scale live events
- Strong stakeholder management experience across government and operational entities
- Experience leading venue security teams and multi-site operations
- Ability to develop and implement security frameworks, SOPs, and operational plans
- Strong leadership capability in high-pressure environments
