First Officer; NTR – Learjet XR & Challenger 604

Role overview

As a First Officer, you will fly mission support operations on our Saudi‑based fleets, working within a high‑performance team to deliver safe, reliable sorties. You will help advance the programme’s capability as aircraft and systems transition toward advanced electronic warfare support roles.

• Operate the Learjet 60XR and Challenger 604 as First Officer on mission support flights, adhering to company SOPs and the highest safety standards.
• Conduct comprehensive pre‑ and post‑flight activities, including performance and weight/balance calculations, fuel planning, and detailed briefings.
• Work closely with Captains, dispatch, and engineering to ensure dependable operations in a demanding environment.
• Uphold exemplary CRM, threat and error management, and disciplined checklist usage.
• Protect information in line with UK MOD security protocols and company policies.
• Contribute to capability development as fleets evolve toward a cutting‑edge electronic warfare platform.

• Strong airmanship, situational awareness, and a safety‑first mindset.
• Teamwork, professionalism, discretion, and cultural adaptability.
• Confidence operating in a fast‑paced, mission‑focused environment.
• Jet experience is highly desirable (not mandatory).

• Total time: 500+ hours
• Type rating:
  Not required — training provided (NTR)
• Licence: UK CAA Frozen ATPL with IR, MCC, ME, UPRT
• Medical:
  Class 1
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain applicable UK MOD clearances. This includes background and reference checks and ongoing compliance with information‑handling standards. Due to contract requirements, certain nationality restrictions apply.

• Full type and differences training provided for Learjet 60XR and/or Challenger 604 (for NTR pilots).
• Structured recurrent training, simulator checks, and continuous competency development.
