As a Security Director
, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, staff, and assets across the compound. The role involves developing and implementing security protocols, supervising security personnel, managing emergency response plans, and maintaining compliance with company and government regulations.

The position involves:

• Manage all security operations within the compound, ensuring the safety of residents, employees, and assets.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.

• Supervise and train security staff, ensuring professionalism, discipline, and adherence to company standards.

• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when needed.

• Monitor and manage CCTV systems, access control, and perimeter security.

• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend preventive measures.

• Prepare incident reports, maintain security records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Manage security budgets and optimize manpower deployment across shifts.

We are Looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field (Military or Police background preferred).

• Proven experience (8+ years) in managing compound or facility security operations.

• Strong leadership and crisis management skills.

• Excellent knowledge of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems).

• Ability to develop and implement security procedures and emergency plans.

• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

• Fluency in Arabic and English is an advantage.
