MENA-BIG is a Spanish company specialized in Recruitment Services, Human Resource Consultancy, Administration Management, International Business Development, and Strategic Consultancy, with offices in Europe, the Middle East, and the Gulf Region.

We are seeking experienced RIGGER 1 to work directly with one of our clients, to join their team for an exciting new project in Saudi Arabia
. The successful candidates will ensure safe and efficient lifting, moving, and positioning of heavy equipment, adhering to the highest safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and prepare rigging gear (slings, hooks, shackles) before operations.
• Assist in crane setup and guide operators using hand/radio signals.
• Secure loads properly, ensuring balance and stability during lifts.
• Follow OSHA, API, and company safety protocols rigorously.
• Participate in lift planning, risk assessments, and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain rigging logs and report any incidents or defects.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of rigging experience in oil & gas (onshore/offshore preferred).
• Certification from CIC, NCCER, OPITO
  , or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of load calculations, lift plans, and rigging techniques
  .
• Ability to work in extreme conditions and handle heavy loads.
• Excellent communication skills for team coordination.
