Landscape Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Specialist to support the planning, implementation, and maintenance of landscape projects. The ideal candidate will ensure all softscape and hardscape works are executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. This role requires strong technical knowledge of landscape materials, plant species, irrigation systems, and site execution practices.

• Assist in planning and executing landscape works, including softscape, hardscape, planting, and irrigation installation.
• Review landscape designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure proper implementation on site.
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of landscape works.
• Inspect materials such as plants, soil, mulch, hardscape elements, and irrigation components to verify quality and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance on plant selection, soil preparation, planting techniques, and maintenance requirements.
• Oversee irrigation system installation, testing, and adjustments to ensure proper coverage and efficiency.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure proper maintenance of completed landscape areas.
• Identify issues such as plant health problems, irrigation defects, or installation errors and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in landscape construction, softscape works, or horticultural supervision.
• Strong knowledge of plant species, soil types, irrigation systems, and landscape installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and manage multiple site activities.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance standards is an advantage.
