• Assigned fordailyrepair and test workforelevators.
• Aware ofload demand and circuit breaker ratingsforelevators
• Diagnose the main causesofproblemsfromthe elevators.
• Monitoring the elevators systemand all otherdayto dayroutine works
• Dailyactivityand majorproblemsfound to be reported to Electrical Supervisor
• Anyemergencyand urgent matter must take immediate action
• Maintaining allthe push button and manual operation in good condition
• Should make technicalreport for all maintenance problems
• Report first to Electrical supervisor for anytroubleshooting for all building elevators
• Should endorse to outside companyifthere are anytechnicalproblems required to fix.
• Performtroubleshooting to all required equipment and machines which is relatedto his job.
• Followthe instructions given which is ordered bythe Electrical Manager.
• Maintain his tools and test equipment levels.
• Maintain safe working practice codes
• Follow PPM execution of the elevator service maintenance company.
• Follow any repair or renovation work executed by the elevator company.
• Demonstrates compassionate communication skillswhileproviding support and careto the patients as "the patient is thecenterofour care".

• Must have Technicalcollege certificate in Electrical.
• Minimum5yearsastechnician
• Fluencyin written & spoken English & Arabic
• Saudi Council of Engineers Certificate
